It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the dry fleshy tap root of raw Daucus carota by modern biotechnology.Widely used in noodles, butterine, shortening,beverage,cold drink,cakes,biscuits,bread,candy,health-care food,etc as orange coloring and nutrition hardening agent.
